Emotional Support for Older Adults and People with Functional Diversity
Led through an approach that promotes emotional well being, autonomy, and the active participation of every individual, recognizing their unique strengths, abilities, and support needs. Drawing on psychology, neuroeducation, and both individual and community based support strategies, the initiative will develop interventions that foster emotional regulation, inclusion, and the development of everyday life skills. The project aims to create supportive environments where older adults and people with functional diversity can reach their full potential, strengthen their social connections, and enhance their quality of life through respectful, personalized, and person centred approaches.
